What counts as an artifact?
An artifact is one generated document (SDD, ADR, RSD, integration spec, etc.). It counts once against your monthly allowance no matter how many formats you export it to (PDF, DOCX, Markdown, HTML). Extraction from captures is always free.
What's included in the free trial?
The free trial includes full access to all features for your chosen plan. Personal: 5 artifacts/month, 1 workspace (14-day trial). Personal Plus: 10 artifacts/month, 6 workspaces (14-day trial). Team: 20 artifacts/month, unlimited workspaces (30-day trial). Enterprise: custom (custom trial). No credit card required.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade between Personal, Personal Plus, and Team anytime. Your next billing cycle reflects the new plan and artifact allowance. Pro-rata adjustments apply immediately. Enterprise plans are custom — contact sales to adjust your agreement.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your workspace is paused — you can still view captures and artifacts, but can't create new ones. Upgrade to a paid plan to continue working. Your data is never deleted.
What happens if I run out of artifacts?
When you exhaust your monthly artifact allowance, you can: (1) upgrade to a higher tier for more artifacts, (2) wait for your monthly reset, or (3) continue generating with deterministic bullet lists (no synthesis cost). You control which option via your dashboard — no surprise bills.
How does Team tier scaling work?
Team starts at $99/month with 20 artifacts and includes 3 team members. Each additional team member ($29/month) unlocks +5 artifacts/month. So 5 members = $157/month with 30 artifacts; 8 members = $244/month with 45 artifacts.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on annual subscriptions. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime with no penalty.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Pay annually and save 20% on Personal, Personal Plus, and Team plans. Enterprise pricing is custom — contact sales for details.
Can I export my data if I cancel?
